Flora is a beautiful cat! She will fit perfect into a kind, gentle home. She’s only young herself so would benefit from some TLC ♥️
Her biggest love is to cuddle and watch tv with you. Shes a little unsure of kids at the moment so could use a home that is calm and cat passionate, maybe with slightly older kids? Someone who can give her time and attention would be perfect!
The thing about flora is she’s not needy at all! She’s happy to sit and wait for you to come to her. She loves laying around in a cool or dark spot. She’s such a stunning cat with an unknown past but a little nervous at times, especially when getting to know you.
She is starting to learn to relax and be playful. Time is definitely the key! Oh and she LOVES CHICKEN (that helps!!)
PAR Adoption Info
Adoption includes desexing, microchipping and up to date flea and worming treatment.
To adopt any of our animals, you must be a permanent resident or a citizen of Australia. Study visas, no matter what the intention once the study has been completed, are not acceptable.
Our rescue is 100% foster-based and we strive to integrate our cats into their foster family in the same way they would with a new pet.
For safety reasons we do of course have to use quarantine when they first come in. Cats/kittens need to be kept isolated for a period while they are being assessed and checked for any possible health issues. We also crate tiny kittens for their own safety, but other than that cages and exclusions are not used.
Please note that while all our cats/kittens are treated for worms and fleas this is something that they will need ongoing treatment for. Your vet will be able to advise as to what will be the best product to use for your new pet
Even inside cats living with no other pets can get both worms and fleas. Eggs can be carried in on shoes or in food. Getting them is not a big deal it just has to be dealt with.
